St. Valentine's Day 是給我們愛的全部人; 我們的另一半, 父母, 兄弟姐妹, 情人,  親友等等.  祝您們有一個 Happy Valentine's Day.

在這個特別的日子, 我要向兩位同學致敬.   她們很年青時已做了修女, 為教育付出了很多, 用她們的愛心和耐心培育了很多精英人材.    看見學生們圍著她們時, 開心地談笑, 說心底話, 真的好感動, as I could feel  love among them.  So proud of them in giving  love and eduction to the young ones, to build a better world.

    多謝您呀.  三個幾鐘做四個曲奇只因我做得慢, 第一次handled icing 所以小心翼翼.   真的要多練習才成.

  unfortunately, I did not order those items from Amazon cos I just found out my hotel has a handling surcharge of USD10/parcel 10 days ago.  so I did not order anything except for those I ordered 1 month ago and infant formula for my fren's baby.  I will go out shopping today and if I see those, I will get for you.  will keep you posted
  alternatively, I know Shenzhen LC has all the items you need and they have 35% off promotion at the time being.  maybe you can go there to have a look .

    係呀, 好可愛, 唔捨得食.  那天我用了三個多小時才做了4 個有icing 的曲奇.   原來做 icing 要這麼的細心和用心, 怪不得wedding cake 是那麼的貴.
