Lemonade Scones with Blueberries

1 cup cream ( 忌廉)
1 cup lemonade (我用了雪碧)
3 cups self-rising flour (自發粉)

預熱焗爐 220 度 C (428 deg F).
Scones to be served with fresh cream & jam.

預熱焗爐 220 度 C (428 deg F).
- 將自發粉過篩,
- 將 Cream 和 Lemonade 攪勻, 加入麵粉中,
- 用一把餐刀劃十字般將麵粉同水份撈勻, (請勿over mix, 不然 scones 焗出嚟唔得鬆) , 這時如喜歡可以加入乾果,
- 將麵糰倒出
- 將麵糰用手按扁至 2 至 3 cm 厚
- 用 cutter cut 出 scones
- 放入預熱焗爐 220C 焗12 至15 分鐘即成
