STUFFED ZUCCHINI WITH PARMESAN CHEESE & RICE

很感謝'美神'敎我做這個 STUFFED ZUCCHINI WITH PARMESAN CHEESE & RICE (http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/simply-sweet/article?mid=1156&fid=-1&action=next).   這本來是個Italian 前菜, 但我把做它成我的main dish.  勁好食, 好香, 好好味, 還有zucchini 的蔬菜清香.   芝士+洋蔥+Zucchini + rice 真的如'美神'所說一絕.     我以後一定會常做這個菜.
這個菜是應用白洋蔥做的, 但在準備拿它出來切時才發覺家中的洋蔥全都是紫洋蔥, 所以只好做它.   好彩出來的效果不錯.   '美神' 說也可以用其他的材料做這個stuffed zucchini; such as mushroom, onions, olives and cheese.   下次我就用這些材料來做.  一定也會很好味的.  Thanks again '美神'.   I had a wonderful dinner with this stuffed zucchini.     噢, 我今晚用的zucchini 是大條的, 所以能吃得飽飽.

    係呀, 好啱你食, 全是素的.  好好味嫁.  我終於明白到原來食素都可以好開心, 好滿足的.  以後我都會吃多點素菜. 健康又有益.

  Wow!!! They look awesome!!! Actually red onions are even sweeter than normal onions. I reckon your dish is even better than what I made!

    Thanks a lot, Maisan, for sharing this wonderful dish with me .    I really love it, and will make it again  soon with mushroom, olives, cheese and onion.
